Satomi Shikata (AKA, Sato) is an independent performing artist of dance, theater and music.  Sato originally from Japan and had acting training at “Drama  Horihoku Academy”, dance training at “Watanabe Stage Jazz Center” where she had dance career also teaching and joined Dance Company “DIOS” toured around Japan, China and US.

She moved to New York City in 1993 and has worked with Mark Dendy, Daniel Gwirtzman, Igal Perry with Peridance Ensemble, Lynn Neuman with Artichoke Dance Company among others. She is original member of “Kate’s Chink-O-Rama : Featuring the chink-o-rama dancers”  She has been training in aerial work with Amanda Topaz  such as Trapeze, Spanish web and Fabric.   She formed “Cyberbutoh” and performs various type of shows and she is based on NY often appears in the West coast.
